The Vineyard Guest Suite

Our guests love this fully contained 900 sq ft suite with your own private entrance, open concept living room, fireplace, dining for 6, full kitchen and a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and 2 walk in closets. On your 300 sq ft private patio you can choose between sun or shade but either way you're going to enjoy the view of the flowers, the vineyard, Lake Okanagan and the mountains beyond.  Outside you will also find another dining table and gas barbeque.  Help yourself to fresh basil or cherry tomatoes or just sit back and watch the quails scatter and the bees dancing with the lavender.

Cancellation Policy

Booking deposits will be fully refunded up to 60 days prior to date of arrival less a $175 + tax administrative fee. Cancellations up to 31 days prior to date of arrival will be responsible for 50% of the reservation. Cancellations/changes within 30 days will be responsible for the entire balance of the reservation. Please note, that if you are booking in our summer months, wildfires and poor air quality can be a possibility. In the circumstances our vineyard is under evacuation alert or oder, the cancellation policy will be waived. In all other circumstances, our normal cancellation policy will apply. We strongly encourage purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Rates 2024

(May 1 - 31)
$295/night + $125 cleaning fee, 4 night minimum stay based on double occupancy

(June 1 - September 30) 

$295/night + $125 cleaning fee (note our cleaning fee is only a portion of what we actually pay for cleaning)
5 night minimum stay
based on double occupancy

Taxes: 8% provincial, 3% municipal, 5% federal for total of 16%.

$50/night per extra person - maximum 4 guests
