The Véraison Guest Room

Véraison is a French word for the "the onset of grape ripening" when our grapes miraculously transform from green to purple in mid to late summer.   This new guest room is a wonderful addition to Gjoa's Vineyard.  It does not have a full kitchen but plenty of room to enjoy some local cheese, a fresh baguette and to pull a cork on your favourite wine you discovered earlier that day.  In the morning you can toast a bagel and enjoy your coffee or tea on your shaded patio.

• gorgeous shower with a view and heated tile floors in the ensuite

• 48” tv, dvd player, sound bar for your music and free wireless internet

• small fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee press, dishes, cutlery and of course wine glasses.

• weber barbecue. The veraison room does not have pots and pans and cooking facilities; but we have added a barbecue so our longer staying guests can grill a steak and veggies.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 14-30 days before check in. Otherwise, no refund. Please note, that if you are booking in our summer months, wildfires and poor air quality can be a possibility. In the circumstances our vineyard is under evacuation alert or oder, the cancellation policy will be waived. In all other circumstances, our normal cancellation policy will apply. Trip Cancellation Insurance is a great idea.

May 1 - October 31st - $195/night + $100 cleaning fee (note our cleaning fee is only a portion of what we pay for cleaning) 4 night minimum stay
based on double occupancy
